During the most difficult months of the pandemic in 2021 a small company named Easy Peacy was conceived. The founder Stine Kirkegaard wanted to create a sense of normality for both her and her loved ones. She started cooking from her apartment in Copenhagen. Inspired by her moms approached to food she focused on the in-season produce and the Italian way of sharing a meal.

What started as an “at-home-hobby-project” quickly grew too big and Stine moved her business to an industry kitchen I Kødbyen and Creative Director Ida Ravn was hired to brand consult and create the visual aesthetic of Easy Peacy.

Finally in October 2021 Easy Peacy moved in to its own kitchen at Vester Farimagsgade 6 while the office is located on Mehldalsgade 2

Today Easy Peacy is run by a team of five women.
